CJC5288
CJC5288 is a USB nickel cadmium/nickel hydrogen charging management IC developed using a CMOS process.
This IC is a high-efficiency, stable and reliable charging management circuit. The entire circuit controls the charging current by detecting the battery voltage. Adopting the - △ V fast charging termination method to ensure that the battery's full charge rate reaches 100%. The IC is equipped with high-precision ADC, which accurately samples the battery voltage and charging current in real-time, and undergoes intelligent algorithm processing to efficiently and reliably complete charging. Mainly used for USB nickel cadmium/nickel hydrogen chargers.

Working voltage: 2.6~7.5V.
The built-in 10 bit ADC can perform analog-to-digital conversion on the sampled battery voltage and current, and output digital signals to the arithmetic logic unit for detection.
Built-in automatic current regulator, with automatic current regulation function when the boost voltage reaches its maximum or the input voltage is pulled down
The adjustment function will adjust the current to a maximum current.
Internally, the USB power supply voltage can be detected, and when the USB power supply voltage is pulled down to a certain threshold, it will reduce charging
Electric current is used to protect the safety of the USB power supply. After the USB power supply voltage rises, the charging current is increased.
Equipped with power on output short circuit alarm function to ensure the safety of the battery and IC itself.
Internally, it has an over temperature protection function. When the internal temperature of the IC is too high, the output will be turned off, and the temperature will hysteresis before continuing to work.
Drive LED output to display charging status.
Working temperature: -20~85 ℃, storage temperature: -40~125 ℃.
