Notice of 2026 Spring Festival Holiday of Shenzhen Lvhua Technology Co., Ltd
On the occasion of the upcoming 2026 Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse, in order to ensure that all employees enjoy a joyful, peaceful, and safe holiday, in accordance with the Spring Festival holiday arrangements issued by the General Office of the State Council and taking into account the actual operating conditions of the company, the official notice regarding the 2026 Spring Festival holiday arrangements for Shenzhen LvHua Technology Co., Ltd. is hereby issued as follows:
1. Holiday schedule
The company's 2026 Spring Festival holiday will last for 10 days, with the specific dates as follows:
From Saturday, February 14th, 2026 to Monday, February 23rd, 2026.
Arrangement for compensatory leave and time-off adjustment:
1. Regular compensatory work will be arranged on Saturday, February 28, 2026, to restore daily work order.
II. Holiday work arrangement
During the holiday period, the company will suspend its daily production and operation as well as administrative office business. All departments are required to complete the work wrap-up before February 13th, properly archive important documents, shut down office equipment, conduct safety inspections, and strictly guard against potential safety hazards such as fires and theft.
2. Special personnel shall be assigned to key positions such as technical research and development and customer service to be on duty 24 hours a day, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and urgent technical issues during holidays. The list of personnel on duty and their contact information shall be reported by each department to the Administrative and Human Resources Department for record-keeping.
3. During the holidays, all employees should ensure smooth communication. In case of any major emergencies, they must report to the company's responsible person immediately and coordinate in handling the situation.
III. Friendly Reminder
Employees returning home or traveling during the Spring Festival, please pay attention to traffic safety, plan your journey reasonably, abide by road traffic rules, drive carefully, and return safely.
During the holiday, it is recommended that everyone take care of their health, maintain a balance between work and leisure, advocate civilized and green celebrations, and enjoy a healthy, civilized, and fulfilling Spring Festival holiday.
3. All employees are requested to arrive at work on time on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, to resume normal work. The Administration and Human Resources Department will ensure accurate attendance registration.
