To foster a harmonious and progressive corporate culture and enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion, on the occasion of the upcoming May Day Labor Festival, Luhua Technology held a grand collective birthday party and May Day Model Worker Commendation Conference in the company's conference room on April 29, 2025. The event, themed "Gratitude and Dedication - Sharing Growth", combined warm care with the recognition of role models, demonstrating the company's high appreciation for the hard work of its employees.

The event kicked off with the cheerful strains of the birthday song. The company had prepared birthday cakes, greeting cards and warm gifts for the employees whose birthdays fell in April. The birthday celebrants gathered together, making wishes and cutting the cake amid the blessings of their colleagues. The scene was filled with laughter and joy, showcasing the warm and friendly spirit of the team. Zhang Yu, the general manager of the company, said, "Every employee is an important member of our big family. The birthday party is a bond for spreading care and a vivid manifestation of our corporate culture."

Glory Commendation Meeting - Tribute to the model and praise the struggle
The warm atmosphere of the birthday party had not yet dissipated when the May Day Model Worker Commendation Conference was held immediately. The conference commended three model workers who had performed outstandingly in their work. They came from different positions such as R&D, sales, and the general manager's office. With their remarkable achievements and dedication, they have become role models for all employees to learn from. General Manager Zhang presented the honor certificates and bonuses to the winners and said, "Model workers are the backbone of the enterprise. You have interpreted the 'craftsman spirit' with your practical actions and are the core force driving the company's high-quality development!" The three model workers expressed in their speeches that they would cherish the honor, redouble their efforts, and embark on a new journey with the team.

In her concluding remarks, Zhang Yu, the general manager of the company, pointed out: "The birthday celebration reflects the company's care for employees' lives, and the commendation conference demonstrates respect for the strivers.
